The rate charged for the shipping/delivery of your order is based on the weight and or, size of your products, handling/packaging, and your location.

Being a corporate client to DHL we ship most of our orders through DHL Courier Service via the UK, offering concessionary rates to our clients worldwide. Off this tracking number is provided after two days of dispatch through UK premises of DHL, We also use SKYNET and Cargo by SEA, by Air Mail on customer’s request.

We also offer F.O.B if you have a DHL, FedEx, or UPS import account you can select the carrier F.O.B during the orders process, we will arrive the package to DHL, FedEx, or UPS office free of cost for you NO CHARGES.

3: Air-mail service / Postal Service:
We only use Air-mail for small orders. This service is generally used for retail orders.
Being a cheaper source of shipping most of the direct clients prefer it but Jabir International is not responsible for late delivery as this service is without any tracking facility. Usually, Air-mail takes 10 days to reach Europe and 15 days to USA, Canada & Australian destinations.

When order weight goes to 70 kg only an additional flat rate is charged and the first kg is waved off due to a good size of the shipment. However, if order weight is below 70 kg the First kg will be charged for the Ist KG as usual, please.

Note: Off ISO 9001 recommendation, we send a maximum of 25 kg of each parcel for goods to safeguard and protection, however, one parcel up to 30 kg can be forward on request.
